L&W Standard Warranty

Lamar & Wallace, Inc. guarantees it's products upon the following conditions against all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after delivery to the purchaser.

Lamar & Wallace, Inc. will, at it's option, either replace proven defective products sold or refund an amount equal to the purchase price. The sole responsibility and liability for defective products sold by Lamar & Wallace, Inc. shall be limited to the amount paid by the purchaser. Lamar & Wallace, Inc. shall in no event be liable for any further claims, labor, expenses, or damages (whether direct or consequential) resulting from any defects in it's products.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREWITH IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS.
